Nothing loads before you choose
When you first arrive, a banner asks whether you accept analytics. Until you answer, no measurement runs and no analytics cookie is written. If you decline, none is ever written, and we do not ask again.
Only if you accept
Accepting lets Google Analytics and Google Ads measure how these pages are found and used. They set their own cookies, typically lasting up to two years, which help us tell a returning visitor from a new one and see which pages lead to an enquiry. Your IP address is truncated before it is stored.
We use this to improve the site and to understand which advertising works. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers named in our Privacy Policy.
Stored regardless, because the site needs it
These are kept in your own browser. None of them is a tracking cookie, and none is sent to us.

Our forms are also protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. It does not track you across websites.
Changing your mind
Clearing this site's data in your browser settings removes everything listed above, including your consent choice, and the banner will ask again on your next visit.
Third parties
Some pages link out to WhatsApp and to our scheduling provider. Once you follow one of those links you are on their service, and their own cookie and privacy terms apply.
When this will change
If we add website analytics or an advertising pixel, we will update this page first, list each cookie it sets, and where the law requires it we will ask for your consent before the tag loads.
