A clear, plain-English partner agreement covering scope, commercials, communication protocols, and reporting. Governed by Vanuatu law. No market exclusivity is granted, but every partner is treated as a long-term relationship.

Relationship manager assigned, partner pack delivered (process documentation, programme briefs, client materials, document checklists), and a kick-off call to align on referral or sub-agent workflow.

Your clients receive Stanford Knight’s full service, including free pre-screening, document preparation, and end-to-end management to passport.

Yes, on a selective basis. We prioritise partners with established high-net-worth client bases and a long-term view of the relationship.
Which programmes can partners offer through SKP?
Both the DSP and the CIIP. CIIP includes our exclusive Vanuatu Impact Fund — not available through any other Master Agent or sub-agent.
Is market exclusivity available?
No. We do not grant territorial or sector exclusivity to any partner. Every partner agreement is non-exclusive.
What governing law applies?
Vanuatu law governs all SKP partner agreements. This is non-negotiable and reflects our position as the government-appointed Master Agent.
What are the commercial terms?
Discussed openly during the initial conversation, on a case-by-case basis. We do not publish a rate card because partner profiles vary widely. Our model is always transparent and aligned with long-term value.
Do you support white-label or co-branded materials?
Yes. Subject to scope and approval, we provide white-label brochures, programme guides, and document checklists tailored to your firm. Some partners prefer a co-branded approach; both are supported.
How are partner clients handled differently?
They aren’t — your clients receive the same Master Agent service every direct client receives, including free pre-screening, document preparation, and our end-to-end management to passport. The only difference is the introduction route and the commercial relationship between SKP and your firm.
