DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW. The processing described below matches what this website actually does. The entity details, retention periods and supervisory authority must be confirmed by Pedro and signed off by a qualified adviser before launch.

Who we are

Stanford Knight & Partners Limited is the data controller for information collected through this website. We are a government-appointed Master Agent under authorisation 307812, registered at One, The Parc, Winston Churchill Avenue, Port Vila, Vanuatu.

For any question about this policy, or to exercise the rights described below, email us at info@stanfordknight.ae or call +971 4 718 7291.

What we collect

We only collect information you type into a form on this site. We do not buy personal data, and we do not build profiles from third-party sources.

Our legal basis

  • Consent. You tick a box before submitting a form, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests. Responding to an enquiry you initiated, and keeping records of that correspondence.
  • Legal obligation. Where citizenship application work requires us to retain identity and due diligence records.

Who processes it on our behalf

  • Formspree receives form submissions and forwards them to our team inbox.
  • Cloudflare hosts this website and serves it from a network of global locations.
  • Make routes each submission into our own client management systems so your enquiry reaches an adviser.
  • Google provides the analytics that tell us how these pages are used, and the scheduling tool used to book consultations. Analytics load only if you accept them.

TODO: add your email provider, and any advertising pixel once one is installed. Each named processor needs a data processing agreement on file.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Website analytics are held for 14 months and then deleted automatically.

Enquiries are kept while your question is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Where we go on to act for you, identity and due diligence records are retained for as long as our regulatory obligations require.

TODO: your adviser should set a specific retention period for enquiries that do not become clients, and confirm the retention period that applies to due diligence records.

Where your information goes

We operate from Vanuatu with offices in Dubai and London, and our processors operate internationally. Your information may therefore be transferred outside your own country. Where that happens from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on standard contractual clauses with each processor.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it to another provider. You can also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us at info@stanfordknight.ae. We respond within 30 days.

If you believe we have handled your information badly and we have not put it right, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom, or the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.

TODO: confirm with your adviser whether a UK or EU representative is required under Article 27, given you advertise into both.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the detail.

Security

This site is served only over an encrypted connection, and it has no database or login of its own. Submissions are transmitted over encrypted channels to the processors named above. No method of transmission is completely secure, so please do not send passwords or full identity documents through a web form. Your adviser will give you a secure channel for those.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified to anyone who has an open enquiry with us.
